This pump is definitely worth the money. I use it alone mostly, and I like that it's quiet and easy to use without too much setup. I started with the smaller cup, then moved on to the bigger one. The suction modes are strong -- sometimes too strong if you're not careful, so be gentle starting out. The only downside is I wish the base had a bit more padding for longer sessions. Still, overall really happy.
