Hygiene & Final Sale Items


Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all adult toys, intimate items, and lubricants are final sale once opened.


We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for opened or used items under any circumstances.

 


 

Returns for Unopened Items


Returns are accepted only for items that meet all of the following conditions:

 

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

  • The item was ordered in error by the customer

  • The return has been approved in advance

 

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 


 

Return Authorization (RMA Required)

 

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).


To request an RMA, please contact info@candyhub.com. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


Any opened or unauthorized return will be disposed of for sanitary reasons, and no refund or store credit will be issued.

No exceptions.

 


 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery.


If approved, we will provide a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.

Exchanges for different products are not offered.

 


 

Warranty Information

 

Our products are covered by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects.

To qualify for warranty replacement, products must be registered within 14 days of delivery.

Warranty replacements are issued for the same product only.

 


 

Refunds & Store Credit


Approved returns of unopened items only will be issued as store credit.

 

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit issued

 


 

Sale & Promotional Items

 

All discounted, clearance, and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

 


 

Shipping Responsibility


Please confirm your shipping address carefully before checkout. Candyhub is not responsible for packages once they have left our facility.


We are unable to assist in cases including, but not limited to:

 

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Failure to receive or claim a package

  • Shipping to temporary locations (e.g. hotels)

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

 


 

Return to Sender

 

Orders returned to sender due to incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim will be returned to inventory once received.


A store credit code, minus original shipping costs, will be issued via email.

 


 

Promotions & Free Item Adjustments

 

For promotions such as “Buy 2, Get 1 Free”:

 

  • If one or more paid items are returned and the free item is kept, the retail value of the free item will be deducted from the store credit issued

  • Free items returned alone are not eligible for refund or credit

  • Partial returns that invalidate a promotion will be recalculated based on items kept

 

Lubricants are not eligible as part of promotional offers.
